Internal surfaces are polished stainless steel with a sheet steel insulated outer case, and the cooler unit is located under the water bath. The unit is complete with a re-circulating unit for temperature uniformity, automatically maintains the set temperature, and uses a two-channel electronic thermo regulator for heating and cooling with a digital display, incorporating a refrigeration compressor.
